Evolve

I only recently discovered Evolve around three weeks ago when I was ordering some natural goodies off glow organics (great place to order skin care and make up, Mel is very helpful). First of all the packaging caught my eye, very clean, pure and simple which seems to be my taste now days so the temptation to check them out further was definitely there. I am so glad I did! They are a British company and their ingredients they use sounded amazing, natural butters and oils, superfoods sourced from around the world which are all hand crafted into small batches so they are extremely fresh. Everything they make is cruelty free, which is brilliant, oh and vegan! A big handful of their products have also won ‘The natural health beauty awards’ and the ‘Beauty shortlist awards.’

I’ve only ordered the cleansing melt and the radiant glow organic face mask so far but I am really impressed so I will definitely be purchasing some more from this wonderful brand. Here are my thoughts on the products.

Gentle Cleansing Melt

Firstly this product smells divine, I love it when a natural product smells great, sometimes they can smell a bit too flowery but the only thing I could smell was vanilla which made me want to lick it off my face. The texture is a thick balm which spread easily into my skin and then you just use a warm damp cloth or water to rinse it off. ¬†One of the main ingredients they use is baobab which I didn’t realise was so great for anti ageing, it’s also high in Calcium and vitamin C, baobab oil contains high levels of vitamin A and protein too. Now all these lovely vitamins help to rejuvenate your skin cells, improve skin elasticity and also deeply nourishes. I’ve been using this cleanser everyday for the past couple of weeks and I love it. Some times I don’t even need to use a moisturiser after wards because my skin feels so soft (depending on how my skin is feeling that particular day). I would highly recommend this product.

Radiant Glow Mask

Now this beaut also smells like its good enough to eat, it basically smells like chocolate. The consistency is rather oily, which I love for my evening pamper regime and it also contains coconut granules to buff away dead skin cells. You need to put it on to a dry face and leave for 5 minutes then wash off with water. They have a warning sign not to get any water into the jar which I suppose could interfere with the benefits of the ingredients. It contains raw cacao which is high in antioxidants, vitamin C, fatty acid omega 6 oils and magnesium so your skin will feel super hydrated, and your complexion will feel rejuvenated. Another ingredient they use is sweet almond oil which also has nourishing and moisturising properties but without leaving your skin feeling tacky.

I ordered both of these in the smaller sizes so I could try them out first.
