I came across Kimberly Sayer about 4 years ago when I was checking out some lovely natural products on the love lula site. I was after a moisturiser that was natural but also had a non toxic sun factor in it too because I spent quite a lot of time taking my son for walks or to the park and didn’t want to catch too much sun on my face. I saw the kimberly sayer antioxidant moisturising cream and thought I’d give that a try, well, I actually put it in on my christmas list because it was that time of year and I was very grateful when it was bought for me. Well, I was actually left disappointed, it kept crumbling off and my skin just didn’t get on with it ( they may have changed the formula since then) so I actually didn’t bother trying their ultra light moisturiser because I thought it would be a massive let down too. OH HOW WRONG I WAS!
Earlier this year I noticed that her ultra light moisturiser was on the best sellers list on quite a few natural beauty sites on the web so I thought sod it and bought one. I’m so glad that I did! I can’t say I’ll never change it because I love trying different skin care products but for now she is my saving glory. I only use 2 or 3 pumps for my face and décolletage, it’s very light weight and a little goes a long way. It is aimed for people who’s skin are oily or blemished prone but it works great for my skin type which is more normal to dry and if I need more moisture on a particular day then I’ll just pop my Neals yard hydrating cream on underneath.
This lovely moisturiser contains wonderful ingredients such as coconut oil, jojoba seed oil, shea butter and it’s main key ingredient is lemon oil which helps to detoxify the skin and help with oil production. Now lemon oil can cause photosensitivity, meaning it reacts to sun light which can cause burning and sun spots but I just want to let you all know that Kimberly says that it is steam distilled which means that it won’t be photosensitive so no need to worry. It’s non greasy, won’t clog up pores, brilliant base for make up, 100% natural, great for sensitive skin and lasts up to 12 months. I would totally recommend it!
Let me know if you try it.
Till next time lovelies x
